We got to know Mr. Lorenz as a competent, serious financial advisor and felt very comfortable with him from the very first meeting. If he didn't have any answers ready (this happened very rarely), he took care of answering our questions as quickly as possible, usually still on the spot by phone. Mr. Lorenz advised us, after we had visited various properties, to the best of his knowledge and always found direct and clear words. He also advised us twice against a purchase, as it would not have been worth it in the long run. My partner and I are very satisfied with the work of Mr. Lorenz and look forward to further cooperation.
